Plucked up the courage to weigh myself thinking I’d be pleasantly surprised but I’ve gained weight! I’ve been eating fairly well and exercising like crazy. I am stopping the pill TODAY! I knew something wasn’t right with me when I started, I could just feel it…

New year, new me!

I’ve gained weight over christmas. Up to 151lb. I’m not gonna let this discourage me though.

I’m back, I’m motivated and I’m ready to get moving again!

weight loss has taken a back seat to life

as usual things have come up (namely exams) and I’ve pushed pause on my weight loss…I’m a bit frustrated with myself for having done so but hey. I guess that’s life and in all honesty I really needed to spend the last few weeks focusing on uni and sudying. I’ve maintained my weight loss so far so at least there’s that. My last exam is on Monday and then its back into the swing of things for me.

Oh and also, my parents brought my bicycle to my apartment so thats an added bonus and it gives me a chance to get in some extra cardio :) Feeling good to be back
